This is us
The association „Pravo na život Šabac“ was founded in 2020. As a group of citizens, we initially planned to assist with photographing and rehoming dogs from the city shelter.
However, we were confronted with the complete horror that had been unfolding there for years.
Starving dogs, overcrowded kennels, filth, reckless workers, sick and dying dogs—all of this led to the name „Right to Life“. These dogs are imprisoned, sentenced to death, yet they have the RIGHT TO LIFE, both under the laws of the state and the principles of humanity and compassion.
We are an organization primarily focused on systematically solving problems through institutions and in accordance with the law.
Volunteering at the city shelter
Caring for street dogs
A group of volunteers is engaged in caring for street dogs, feeding, sterilization, vaccination of puppies, surgeries for the injured, and treatment for the sick.
Projects
Raising awareness about responsible pet ownership through projects, campaigns, seminars, conferences, and sterilization programs.
